Choices in Community Living is the area's leading direct support care provider for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

Our mission is to assist people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy, and meaningful lives in the community.

You will be working in group homes and will be providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities including general housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, passing medications, going on outings, transporting, assisting with bathing and toileting needs, and other various tasks.

Direct care is a challenging job with the possibility of high-stress environments, lifting excess of 50 pounds or more, and being on your feet for multiple hours. But the impact you will make on the lives of those you care for here is always worth it.

Applicants are required to have:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Valid Drivers License (Less than 6 points)

· Be able to pass a physical & drug screen, as well as a Background Check.

We offer bonuses 6 months after the hire date if you are certified in:

· First Aid/CPR ($50/each maximum $100.00)

· Med Admin (Delegated Nursing) $200.00

· STNA/CNA $100.00

· PATH CERTIFICATION: CIP $250.00

· PATH CERTIFICATION: CAP $500.00

· Post High School Degrees/Advanced certifications $250.00
