Position Summary:
As our Program Manager, you'll be a beacon of guidance and support, not just managing but uplifting the lives of our residents and the Direct Support Professionals (DSP's). Your role is pivotal in weaving the fabric of our caring community, ensuring each individual's needs are met with dignity, respect, and love.

• Tailor services and support to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring their lives are enriched and their independence maximized.

Essential Qualifications:

• Heart: A compassionate spirit, ready to serve and uplift others.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to communicate warmly and effectively.
• Experience: A high school diploma or G.E.D., and background in social/health services or management, with a preference for those who lead with empathy.
• Strength: Physical capability to share in the lives of our residents, from lifting to laughing.
• Drive: A valid driver's license, because being there for our residents means truly being there.
