Choices in Community Living provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. You will be working in group homes and will be providing direct services to individuals with developmental disabilities including general housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, passing medications, going on outings, transporting, assisting with bathing and toileting needs, managing client finances & medications, managing and overseeing other staff members, attending annual ISP meetings and other various tasks.

We are looking for Caring, Compassionate applicants that are detail oriented, who also share a passion for providing the best services possible to the individuals we serve.

Applicant must be able to handle high stress environments, along with the possibility of lifting excess of 50 pounds or more and being on their feet for multiple hours. Applicant must also be able to pass a physical & drug screen as well as a Background Check.

Program Managers must have open availability and are on call 24/7 in the event of a staff call off or sickness, or a client medical emergency, and to assist staff when and as needed. Prior experience working in a leadership role.

You will be working along side a current Program Manager, to train and become familiar with the roles and responsibilities of a Program Manager until a Full Time Program Management position becomes available.

Applicants are required to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with less than 6 points
  • Valid Vehicle Insurance

Program Manager would be required to report 34-40 hours a week in the program and could be working any of the following hours listed below.

3p-11p

11p-7a

24 hour shifts with up to 7 hours of sleep time

Support Shifts

weekends

ON CALL 24/7
