Choices in Community Living provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is assisting people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy and meaningful lives in the community. We are looking for Caring, Compassionate applicants that are detail oriented, who also share a passion for providing the best services possible to the individuals we serve.

Applicant must be able to handle high stress environments, along with the possibility of lifting excess of 50 pounds or more and being on their feet for multiple hours. Applicant must also be able to pass a physical & drug screen as well as a Background Check.

Basic Job Functions:

Teaching the Medication Administration classes once or multiple times a month as well as the Recertification classes. Will be providing physical exams to current and new employees and conducting in-services. Provides services and support in all aspects of daily living to individuals with developmental disabilities. Required to be on call 24/7.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.

*Must be willing to take a two day class to become an RN trainer.*
